Preslee was a very happy, energetic little girl who stole our hearts from the moment she was born.
July 9, 2010, our world came crashing down, when Patrick received a phone call from a police officer, telling him there had been an accident.
We rushed to the hospital and later learned that while Patrick and I had been in the movie theater, Preslee, just 18 months old, and our only child at that time, had somehow gotten past 10 adults and fallen into a canal. She was being life flighted to the nearest hospital where we were waiting for her. Hours later, they were able to get her heart beating on it's own and she was air lifted to Primary Children's Medical Center in Utah three and half hours away from our home.
