Just an FYI - you have some weird pop up ads on the right hand side of your blog that seem a little suspicious. They redirect me to different websites without me even clicking on anything. They seem like malware or something like that. Ads are fine but these are different, and would make a lot of people uncomfortable. Just so you know.....
Love your site and always love checking in with how you are doing. Can't wait to see updates on your cute twins when they come!
I know it's a pain. My hubby was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes a year after Nate died (usually juvenile onset). Anyway, it's probably why you haven't gained much weight but you will feel a lot better after your blood sugar gets under control. I remember him telling me that after he stabilized it, he could focus SO MUCH better, had a ton more energy and felt NORMAL again. I know that it's a HUGE pain. But it's only temporary...and you CAN do Hard THINGS sweet mama!
I had gestational diabetes with my last pregnancy. You just need to watch your carb/sugar intake. I'm sure they'll give you an opportunity to meet with a registered dietitian - take it! That dietitian will REALLY help you learn what to avoid and what's good to have (you'd be surprised). Quite frankly, a diabetic diet is a pretty healthy way to eat for most anyone, and would be a good way to eat even post-pregnancy. Good luck! You're in my thoughts & prayers!

Oh no. THank you for letting me know. I wonder why it doesn't do it on my computer. I'll look into asap.
