Getting out of the house has become a rare treat for Ledger and I over the past few months, so I try to make every second count. We discovered a new place in our little town - Flips. It’s a gymnastic center, and once a week they have an open toddler gym for two hours. Ledger runs, plays, and jumps hard, and then comes home and zonks for the afternoon… I usually do to :)
Since visiting Flips, he’s become obsessed with jumping, and jumps off everything he can. His latest move was off the kitchen chair face first onto the tile, which left him with a good sized goose egg.
Hopefully in the next few weeks I’ll leave the nausea behind along with the first trimester, and Ledger can have his mom back.
That look like so mch fun. I am always looking for new things to do during the winter. Is it free? If so I may come and bring my seventeen month old. She would love it.
ReplyDeleteThey charge $5 for two hours.
ReplyDeleteWhat day is their toddler day? My 2 year old would love that!
ReplyDeleteThursday and Saturdays!
DeleteI gotta do this! Thanks for the tip!
ReplyDeleteI love reading your blog and am pregnant too. I am also SO sick and I was praying for some relief. I came across these bands you wear on your wrists called SeaBands (Michelle Duggar off 19 kids and counting wears them). You have to try them. I am feeling like a new women! When I take them off I can feel the nausea come back with full force. They are about 13 bucks at walgreens or walmart. Give them a try! :) Good luck with your twins. I am very excited for you guys!

i'm not sure if I've ever commented before, but I follow your blog fairly regularly, and admire your courage, and faith in Jesus Christ. Your kids are so cute, and I cannot believe you are going to have twins!! wow! I don't know if you're a bachelor follower, but there is a girl that I kept thinking reminded me of someone, and then I realized it was you! She's very pretty, her name is Leslie. I hope your morning sickness subsides soon so you can get back to life! Looks like you're doing a pretty good job of that anyway :) Thanks for sharing your life with all of us!
ReplyDeleteWhere is it located? I have never heard of it and my little guy would love it.
ReplyDeleteRight off of Countyline exit. Turn left and it's about a mile down the road behind the Prepared Pantry.
