I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
We split the weekend up with all three sets of parents.
Thursday with Dorsie and Terry for a feast!
Friday with my family, we went and watched Wreck it Ralph and played Rook back at the house.
Saturday with Layne and Michele for another great meal. Kash gave me my own turkey leg :) And Michele certainly knows how to cook! The night came to an end after poor Roxie threw up all over me.
I only got my camera out on Thursday... enjoy some pictures.
Watching the annual Detroit Lion's game.
The girls cooked while the boys watched football.
And I burnt the bacon :)
We had about an hour before everything was ready, so we took the kids outside to play.
I took the two boys on a drive in the golf cart.
Time to eat!
Hudson saying the prayer.
The boys did the dishes!
Cousin Ivy pushing Ledger.
These three boys are a handful all together!

P.S. I totally chickened out with Black Friday, anyone score big?
Great pictures, it was a fun weekend, minus totally feeling bad about Roxie puking on you! It will be a good storie in a couple years after you aren't so disgusted :)
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you had a great Thanksgiving! As for Black Friday-I noticed you commented on Chelsea Beckstrand's facebook about thinking of braving Black Friday. I braved the crazy people at Target at 9, sent the hubby to get a trampoline for the kids at midnight (about 30 minutes from our home) and left again around 8 am! I don't think I am near as crazy as Chelsea and her sister are, but I may be getting there! We cant wait to see our kids faces when they see the new trampoline! Hope you can still snag some great deals!
ReplyDeleteI think it is so funny that your husband loves the Lions. Here in Detroit, MI we are a bit more wary and slow to put our faith in them after such a long losing streak. Doesn't look like this season will be any better! :)
ReplyDeleteHaha I totally feel the same way as you! And every Thanksgiving when they lose I ask him the same question. But he's loved them his entire life, and is one dedicated fan :)
