This was my mother's day gift. A phone cover that holds my debit card (fits 3 cards). I've never spent this much on a phone cover, but I've felt it was worth every penny. I seriously love it, especially when I don't want to take my diaper bag or wallet into the store while holding Ledger, my phone, and keys.

This little contraption we bought at Babies R Us on sale for like $2. It hooks onto the stroller and holds a sippy or toy, so Ledge can't throw it while we're running.
You can laugh at me, because Pat certainly does, but I ordered from an infomercial... and I LOVE it!
This little contraption cooks pasta in the microwave, and steams vegetables.
The handles measure enough pasta for two people.
It's awesome when you don't have a dishwasher and you can cook in it, mix it, and store everything in one contraption.
I just steamed baked potatoes and didn't have to turn on my oven :)

I looked forever for a jogging stroller, and didn't have a lot of money to spend... This Jeep Liberty stroller (We spent less than $150) has been amazing, the wheel locks, and its an all-terrain. We use it for everything. I love that there is storage up front below the seat, so when Ledge drops something it just falls underneath, and not on the road.
1. Open the cap.
2. Place into Ledger's mouth.
3. Squeeze.
4. Throw away.
We love feeding Ledge with these on the go, find them at Target.
I seriously cook from this cookbook ALL the time. I love it! You need to try the Chocolate Cadburry Egg Cookies.. heaven. And I love that I recognize many of your names :)
Too funny - i just ordered that same case for my iphone! still waiting for it to get here! Glad it's working out well for you - I was a bit skeptical :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing!
Sending you and your sweet family lots of love and prayers,

I love all your favorite things. We discovered the squeeze thingy's for my grandson. We trick him into eating veggies because we found some with fruit/veggie mix. The cookbook....well, it is amazing with lots of really great recipes (although I have to admit, I am a terrible cook). But lucky for me Kendra is my niece and her MIL, my sister, are both great cooks. Every once in a while, I get to taste their great cooking!!! Have a wonderful day.
ReplyDeleteI will have to take a peek at the phone case, sounds handy!
ReplyDeleteWe love the squeezie fruit snacks too! A great tip for those is to use them on planes for take off and landing. We often found the kids didn't need a bottle or want a drink at those times so these were a sure fire way of getting them to still be swallowing to prevent their ears from popping.
Love the cookbook! There are so many quick, easy recipes that even an average cook look me can make them!!
Thanks for sharing your faves, Em
Ashley, I just love you! I have never met you but I enjoy you so much. I also love this post!!!! Can we still order these cookbooks or no? LOVES!

The cookbooks are still available!! I LOVE mine!! :) Follow the link below the pic!
DeleteInformercials FASCINATE me. Also, I got in trouble at work for not being on task because your automatic music popped up and it look me a billion years to find the widget. Ahh!! Oops-- guess I'll be perusing from home from now on. :)
ReplyDeleteMy friend and I host a favorites party every six months (for 3 1/2 years now)... last month at our most recent party we had over 25 of our "favorite" friends in attendance and everyone brings a "favorite" treat to share. The best part is the "favorite things" that everyone brings. Each person brings three (identical) items valued at about $5 each. We all put our names (three times) into a bowl. Each person takes a turn telling about their "favorite" and then picks three names from the bowl and those three people get that persons favorites. You bring three things... you take home three different things. It's so much fun and we all anticipate the tradition now!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad Ledger loves those pouches - they've been my favorite thing for Roxie. I've been meaning to make one of those sippy catchers but for $2 it's not worth my time :) Fun post!
ReplyDeleteUh I love that silly catcher!! I'm going to baby's r us tomorrow! And that steamer AMAZING. I want one, even though I have a dishwasher it seems like it makes life easy! Miss ya.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE your list Ash. and how how happy I was that the cookbook is on your list! I seriously love this thing. I am so happy to have so many yummy recipes from so many amazing people from all over! I am keeping a mental note of all those other must haves for when this baby comes. I am sure ill be asking for your advice a lot more.
ReplyDeleteLove ya.
Love your list! I am totally looking into one of those phone cases!!! WE have the same stroller as you but instead of the green ours is yellow. I think mine is just the older model since I got it almost 2 years ago. My grandma bought it for me and I LOVE IT! The front pocket it my FAVORITE! It catches everything!!!
ReplyDeleteI love those fruit things! I get some for my daughter whenever we go to the store. They really come in handy. That microwave contraption looks awesome! May have to look into that.
