We have some amazing friends.
Pat grew up with Cache, they've been friends forever, and have continued to stay close as Cache and his wife Lindsey now live in Arkansas.
When Cache and Lindsey heard what happened to Preslee, they went above and beyond for us, all the way across the country.
They started a website for us, they made fliers, they sent family members to the hospital with things we needed, and much more.
Now Cache and Lindsey are hoping to expand their little family,
through adoption.
I'll tell you what, there wouldn't a better family to raise a baby than the Walkers.
Today they posted this video.
I'll admit I teared up just a little bit.
If you know anyone this applies to, please share this with them.
We love you Cache and Lindsey.

ReplyDeleteWhat a cute video. So full of hope for the future. From a mother of an adopted grown son, it is hard not to think back when we first started our process. So many challenges, so long of a wait, so wanting to be a mom and a dad. But, when it finally happened, it felt like we had won the lottery. It truly is an amazing journey, one that I hope your friends can have in their lives very soon. Advice....tell them to explore all their options. We adopted our son through the State of Utah but there are lots of other options too. I wish them all the very best in the quest!!
