You don't know me but I follow your blog and am truly touched by this video 3 years ago in June we had a grandson that was born with only 26 centimeters of small intestine and no large intestine he has been intervaneously fed his whole life and was only given 6 months to live This girl is such a great example for all of us
What a great reminder to know that when we focus on helping others our trials so don't seem so hard. Thanks for posting this. You're a great example to so many people. You've handled your trial with so much grace and strength. Chad and I think about you and Pat often and little Preslee.
I am now weeping, my Son is also G-tube fed and his intestine doesn't move food through either. This is just one of his medical issues, but I so hope that we can raise him to be such an inspiration to others. He just turned 4 yesterday! This was Amazing. Just truly amazing. Thank you.
I have been following your blog since just before Preslee passed, you and Pat are also such a great inspiration.
I'm so glad you posted this. I think we all needed to see it. It's amazing how we as humans can get caught up in our own life. We need to take a step back and look around at all our blessing. This video gave me goose bumps. For her to one day not be able to eat solid foods and to say that she knows other people have it worse is just truly amazing for such a young person to understand and know. And as always thanks for always sharing your story and feelings. you are just as much of an inspiration
I also needed to hear this message as I sat here this morning feeling sorry for myself. I will spend the rest of my day thanking H.F. for all he has given me. What an amazing, sweet girl!
Ashely, this story is so uplifting thank you so much for sharing. I hope you don't mind but I shared it on my facebook page. I think things like this others need to see, I know it sure helped out my day :) Thank you for your amazing talents and for sharing them here on your blog for others like me to be uplifted by, and touched by your wonderful spirit.
