Here Comes the Sunshine

It's kind of crazy to think today is my actual due date, and yet Ledger is a little over two weeks old. I honestly can't imagine still being pregnant, especially in this heat!http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif

Once again, I have more pictures to share of Ledger which were taken by Lindsey Marlor from Lindsey Marlor Photography You can visit her blog to see Ledger's newborn pictures taken when he was just eight days old, or you can watch the slideshow she created which is below. The slideshow was fun surprise, and I LOVE how she put all three photo shoots together. Pay attention to the last few photos of the slideshow. I about cry every time I look at them. We'll definitely be blowing one of them up to hang on the wall.

Lindsey also found this song, Here comes the sunshine by Jess Penner, just before I had Ledger. It fits perfectly, because this little guy certainly did bring the sunshine back into our lives.

Thanks Lindsey for going above and beyond for us. It really means a lot.

    I LOVE the pictures that Lindsey took for you! The "bear" beanie & diaper cover pics are adorable!! & the owl beanie!!! My favorites are definitely the ones that include Preslee! What a special way to incorporate her! Ledger is darling & I am so glad he has brought the sunshine back into you lives!

    I love that Ledger's big sister was part of these pictures!!! Those last few pictures are so sweet (all of them are beautiful), the last ones are definitely my favorite! Congratulations again on a beautiful baby boy!

    What a perfect, precious little guy. Congratulations! The last pictures made me cry. It is so humbling and calming to think that just a short while ago, Ledger was spending time in Heaven with his big sis, who is definitely watching over all of you.

    Wow what great photos. Lindsey seemed to capture such sweet moments and you are so photogenic! (And you look amazing in your hospital photos...how do you do that??) I have to say I love Ledger's lips. The picture's at the end with you, Ledger, and Preslee's picture are perfect. Really beautiful.

    Ashley!! I love this video that lindsey made! And I LOVED those last few photos you were talking about! You definitely need to frame one of those! The one with you smiling(and you look beautiful!) while holding Ledger and your sweet Preslee necklace made me cry too... so precious :)
