Life in Philly

Just to let you know, I thought it was a big step moving from the Burg to Rigby Idaho!! haha Yes, I'm pathetic. But so far, Philly isn't too bad! I think it's pretty! There are so many trees, so much prettier than sage brush! We live right next to a river! Many of you are wondering what brought us here, Pat's working for the summer, we decided to give selling security systems a try. No worries, we'll be back for school in the fall. But hopefully the next few months will go well!

Pat left last week, and I moved in with my parents. We had some fun being with family.

Easter night my parents drove Preslee and I down to Utah and stayed the night, where Lindsey Marlor met up with us. She flew out with us and helped me a lot! The flight went well, I can't complain at all. Our first flight, we had the only empty seat on our row, so Lindsey scooted over, and Pres chilled in the middle seat. Worked out quite well. Lindsey took these two pics, the second one is a lot of fun!

Hard to believe, but in the few short days Pat was gone, Pres started babbling... nonstop!! He says it isn't fair she got my genes; and now he has to live with two girls that never shut their mouths! Feeding takes twice as long, because she'd rather have a convo than eat. When she gets mad at Pat she starts grunting and will throw mini tantrums. haha This is pretty much what I think life will be like here while Pat is working for awhile. I thought the Grandparents, especially Grandma Merritt would enjoy this video. And yes, we're working on Pog giving Preslee kisses, it's her motherly instinct.

Our apartments are very nice, bigger than our house back home!! I've loved them so far. We have two rooms, which is nice. I haven't really went very many places other than Walmart and today I tried to find a grocery store, typed it into my garmin, and ended up in the ghetto at a little corner mart... Decided it wouldn't be the best place to shop with my four month year old daughter. ha I got out of there quickly. But, we love it so far, I already love the diversity! The pool opens in May, life will be wonderful!
