Preslee Jo

Preslee Jo decided to come a little bit early and was born on December 17, 2008 at 12:58 A.M. weighing 6 lb's 12 oz, and 19 inches long.

Tuesday morning I had my weekly doc appointment and that's where I found out I was already dialated to a four! Dr. Meredith sent me home and said if the contractions got any worse to head back up to their office. But he thought she'd come within the week. I was thrilled hoping she would come before Christmas! My mom took me shopping around Rexburg when suddenly I went into labor! Pat met me up at the doctor's office where we learned within two hours I was now at a six! Before we knew it we were checking into the hospital. To make a very long story short, I stayed dialated at a six until the doc came in at 11:30 P.M. to break my water. Once he broke it, the delivery went fast! And by 12:58 AM I delivered a baby!! Pat was great through the entire thing, he was very excited which kept me in a good mood! I did have an epidural though, make no mistake there. The epidural made it pretty darn easy, it was just a long process waiting.

Don't mind me in the pics, I lost more blood than normal so I'm a pretty darn pale. Anyways Pres has Pat wrapped around her little finger, and we love her more than anything! We feel very blessed to have such a healthy baby! We'll post some more pics that were taken with a better camera later!
